Deadline to return application with a deposit of $50 single, $100 couple is April 30th, 2023. Another payment of at least $100 (single), $300 (couple) is due by May 21st, 2023, and the remainder balance is due July 23rd, 2023. Remember that the deposit is non-refundable and Maranatha is not responsible or obligated to refund the payments you have made if you are unable attend the retreat.

Leader:
Ensure relevant theme and speakers are selected. Coordinate the workshops with speakers. Ensure that the subcommittees meet tasks & deadlines. Ensure proper correspondence with site. Motivate members to attend. Motivate parents to send their kids. Make announcements on Sundays. Determine how much money is needed.
Worship & Audio Visual
Leader:
Develop morning devotions. Ensure that devotions are executed. Determine type of music, songs and worship groups. Ensure that worship is facilitated during services. Set-up microphones, speakers & instruments. Determine how much money is needed.
Coordinating/ Discipline
Leader:
Develop list of activities. Ensure that activities are executed properly. Produce rules and regulations. Ensure discipline is followed. Schedule the activities, programs, workshops, etc…Ensure that each program, activity is done on time. Determine how much money is needed.
Communications
Leader:
Make up application & other correspondence to attendees. Produce flyers, posters to place @ different venues. Type & produce worship booklets. Determine how much money is needed.
Budget & Fundraising
Leader:
Ensure that each project gets the necessary funds needed. Devise fundraising to help those who may have difficulty paying. Set-up personal account for each attendee.
Food/ Refreshments & Cleaning
Leader:
Find volunteers to help with buying and cooking of snack. Find volunteers to clean up after snacks. Ensure that site is left in satisfactory manner. Determine how much money is needed.
